Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust has reached a major digital milestone, with more than 200,000 patients now registered to use its Patient Portal.

Launched three years ago, the Patient Portal is a secure web‑based platform that links directly to the NHS App. It gives patients convenient access to key information about their care, including upcoming appointment details, clinic and discharge letters, and some test results. 

Any patient aged 16 or over with a booked appointment is eligible to sign up for the portal, with proxy access for parents and carers currently in development and due to be introduced soon.
