Olympic medalists kick off annual Night to Remember charity walk
Findings from the Care Quality Commission’s National Maternity Survey 2025 have recognised the high level of care offered to those who choose Kingston Hospital for their maternity journey.
The survey results are based on the experiences of 149 people who used Kingston Hospital’s maternity services and birthed their babies in February 2025.
Results show that the experience of those using Kingston’s maternity service is best in the following areas:
- Being treated with dignity and respect during antenatal care
- Feeling involved in decisions about their postnatal care
- Getting the help they needed when contacting their midwifery team
- Feeling listened to when contacting triage
Director of Midwifery, Marion Louki, said: “I’m proud of the high-quality care we provide and delighted to see this reflected in the CQC Maternity Survey results. These results show the dedication and compassion of our teams, and we remain committed to continuous improvement, using feedback to deliver the best possible experience for every family. Thank you to everyone who shared their views in the survey and to all our maternity colleagues for the incredible work you do every day.”
People who give birth during February 2026 will be invited to take part in the next CQC National Maternity Survey.
