Olympic medalists kick off annual Night to Remember charity walk
The NHS in south west London is reviewing how outpatient care works so that people can be seen in the right place, at the right time, with the right support.
As part of this work, local people are being asked to share their experiences through a short online survey. The feedback will help shape services in the future.
There are three surveys available:
- Skin concerns (dermatology) – for example rashes, eczema, acne, psoriasis, infections or moles
- Stomach and digestive concerns (gastroenterology) – for example abdominal pain, bloating, reflux or changes in bowel habits
- Women’s health concerns (gynaecology) – for example heavy or painful periods, pelvic pain or menopause symptoms
You can take part if you have used services in the past two years, or if you may need to in future.
Each survey takes around 5–10 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous and will run until 20 April 2026.
