Kingston Hospital Emergency Department (also known as A&E) will be conducting a survey about people's experiences of care.
The results of this national survey are crucial to improving patients’ experiences while in ED. Participation is voluntary and all answers are confidential.
If you are invited to take part, your name, phone number, and postal address will be shared with researchers, who will send you a letter and text message reminders.
