Trust Board meetings are held in person, with an option to join virtually. If you would like to join a meeting, please email krft.corporategovernance@nhs.net.

What to expect

  • Each Board meeting opens with a patient or staff story, before the Chief Executive and members of the Trust Board share updates on the Trust’s strategy, our culture, and a review of our current performance as an NHS organisation
  • The Board welcomes questions from members of the public at the end of the agenda – please email your question to us no later than 48 hours before the meeting: krft.corporategovernance@nhs.net
  • When invited to ask questions, please raise your hand (or use the ‘raise a hand’ function on Microsoft Teams, if joining online) to indicate that you would like to ask a question and wait to be invited by the Chair to speak
  • Please keep your question brief, to allow others an opportunity to speak in the limited time available
  • Direct your question to the Chair rather than individual directors
     
  • Please be mindful that we are not in a position to answer questions about an individual’s care at the Trust, or questions about individual members of staff, or to advise on wider NHS issues
  • If it is not possible for your question to be answered at the time, the Chair may ask for your contact details so a response can be sent to you after the Board meeting​​​​
