We have a group of EDI champions across our organisation too, who are staff volunteers who help us embed our EDI strategy and principles in all that we do.
We have various initiatives to promote inclusion and help us all to understand one another and our patients better.
Our ‘See me first’ campaign restates our commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels seen and welcomed, and not tolerating any kind of racial discrimination, bullying or harassment.
We have also joined the ‘Rainbow Badge’ initiative to show our support of all LGBTQ+ colleagues, and we support those with hidden disabilities through the sunflower badge initiative.
