Inside the hospital
Maybe you can help your grown-up find their way in the hospital.
Inside the main entrance, there is a big map to help you, in case you get lost. There are also friendly volunteers dressed in blue shirts who can help you.
When you see this big map you will need to turn right and go around the corner. Try to spot baby shark near the big map in this photo.

This is the children's area. Well done on getting here.
Coming to the hospital can be scary because it is a new place and you may have to wait a while.
It can also be fun because in our waiting room we have toys for you to play with while you wait.

Before your appointment, we measure your weight and height. This tells us if you are fit and well and growing properly.
The machines look a bit scary, but they do not hurt at all.
You just have to stand nice and tall and stay still for a short while. Then you can go back to playing with your toys.
I wonder if baby shark is trying to measure his weight, in the photo below.

Seeing the doctor
Listen out carefully. When we are ready for you, we will call your name.
Your grown-up will come with you to a quiet room. You will meet the doctor or nurse.
They will speak to you and your grown-up. They may need to have a look at you as well. Your grown up will stay with you the whole time.
