Need help with eLearning?
Accessing eLearning for new users...
Follow the link below to register on our eLearning platform.
Complete the short registration form, using your email address as your username as well as your email address. If you have an NHS email address, please use this instead of your personal email address. If you do not have a NHS email address you can use a personal email address.
Make sure that you select your job role carefully, from the ‘Clinical job role’ or ‘Non clinical job role’ drop-down menu.
Once you have logged in you will be taken to a homepage where the CRS eLearning course for the job role you selected will be automatically assigned to you.
IMPORTANT
There will be a delay of up to an hour assigning your eLearning course – you will receive an assignment confirmation email when your eLearning is ready to access.
If you have problems logging in, please check that you have not missed a verification email. Often these can get sent to your Spam/Junk folder.
Please ensure your Manager/Bank Partners have requested a Network Login for Kingston Hospital for you before you start at the Trust. These must then be verified by calling the IT Service Desk on 0208 973 5200.

Accessing eLearning for existing member of staff...
Click on whichever of the options below matches your requirements for instructions on what you have to do.
Users who have completed eLearning before will already have an account and do not need to register again.
Click here to go to the login page. You can reset your password if you have forgotten it.

To access any eLearning you have completed before, log in and click on the Record of Learning on your dashboard. From there you can re-watch any of your completed modules.
You can also access several other pages, including non-CRS eLearning such as Big Hand, CRS Downtime eLearning, and our 'What's New?' page.

If you wish to access IT Applications eLearning then you will need to register for an account as if you were a new member of staff, following the instructions above.
