Trust Board meetings are held in person, with an option to join virtually. If you would like to join a meeting, please email krft.
What to expect
- Each Board meeting opens with a patient or staff story, before the Chief Executive and members of the Trust Board share updates on the Trust’s strategy, our culture, and a review of our current performance as an NHS organisation
- The Board welcomes questions from members of the public at the end of the agenda – please email your question to us no later than 48 hours before the meeting: krft.
corporategovernance @nhs.net - When invited to ask questions, please raise your hand (or use the ‘raise a hand’ function on Microsoft Teams, if joining online) to indicate that you would like to ask a question and wait to be invited by the Chair to speak
- Please keep your question brief, to allow others an opportunity to speak in the limited time available
- Direct your question to the Chair rather than individual directors
- The Chair reserves the right not to respond to questions which relate to matters that are the subject of current confidential discussions, commercial negotiations or legal action, or for any other reason at their discretion
- If it is not possible for your question to be answered at the time, the Chair may ask for your contact details so a response can be sent to you after the Board meeting
