Neurodiversity information for parents and young people
Missed appointments
- If you are unable to attend an appointment let us know as soon as possible.
- Unfortunately, we cannot automatically offer you a new date if you miss appointments without letting us know. We may ask you to go back to your GP for a new referral to the hospital. This will then delay your treatment.
Special requirements
- Contact us if you need the letter in a different format, an interpreter, or support due to an impairment or disability.
- We welcome calls via the Relay UK app (for people with hearing and speech difficulties).
- The Learning Disability Liaison Service supports adult patients with a learning disability and/or their carers to prepare for a visit. Call 020 8934 6895 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email krft.
learningdisabilityteam .@nhs.net - You can find information about accessing the hospital on the AccessAble app.
