Support to attend your appointment

  • You are welcome to bring someone with you to support you at your appointment.
  • Your appointment may be with a male or female clinician. You have the right to ask for a chaperone.
  • Contact us if you need the appointment letter and attachments in a different format, an interpreter, or support due to an impairment or disability.
  • We welcome calls via the Relay UK app (for people with hearing and speech difficulties).
  • The Learning Disability Liaison Service supports adult patients with a learning disability and/or their carers. Call 020 8934 6895 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), email krft.learningdisabilityteam@nhs.net or visit our Learning Disabilities Liaison website

  • If you have not heard from us but were expecting to, contact the department. Our staff will be pleased to help.

Missed appointments

  • If you are unable to attend an appointment, let us know as soon as possible.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot automatically offer you a new date if you miss appointments without letting us know. We may ask you to go back to your GP for a new referral to the hospital. This will delay your treatment.

Parking

Raynes Park Health Centre No parking on site apart from 3 disabled bays. Pay and display is available next to Waitrose.
Kingston Hospital

Your number plate will be photographed on the way in. Pay before you leave using one of the machines near our entrances. If you leave within 20 minutes, you do not need to pay.

Blue Badge holders may park in any bay. Scan the barcode on your Blue Badge at a payment machine as you arrive or before you leave. There is no need to display your blue badge in your vehicle.
Queen Mary's Hospital

Parking is on site and charged by the hour.

Surbiton Health Centre Limited free parking for up to 2 hours. Validate your vehicle on the touch screen at reception when you arrive.
Teddington Health & Social Care Centre

Limited free parking for 4 hour,s or free parking at Clapperstile Car Park (10 minutes walk from clinic).

Teddington Memorial Hospital

Limited on-site parking (free). 

Blue Badge / accessible parking bays.

Ambulance transport

  • Ambulance transport is only available for patients coming to Kingston hospital who have a medical need or who need specialist assistance during the journey.
  • Call the Transport Assessment Team on 020 8934 6770 (Monday to Friday, 10am to midday and 2pm to 4pm).
